I teach 6th Grade Reading, Journalism, and STAAR. I am also the Student Council Sponsor this year.
I have taught in Hooks for 24 years. I have a BS in Education K-8 all subjects; English/Language Arts 8-12; ESL, Kindergarten endorsement, All-Level Supervision K-12; and mid-management. I also have a Masters in Education.
I am married and have wonderful kids: Patrick, Jessica, Jonathan, Caitlin, and Jack from Scotland. I have two precious grandsons: Hayden and Rylan. I love hosting exchange students, and have had many students live with me from Brazil,Japan,Scotland, Thailand,France,England, Ecuador, and Germany.
I love teaching and strive to make learning fun for my students. |
