I teach English I, English I Honors, ESL, and JV Cheerleaders.
I have taught in Hooks for 21 years. I have a BS in Education K-8 all subjects; English/Language Arts 8-12; ESL, Kindergarten endorsement, All-Level Supervision K-12; and mid-management.

I am married and have 4 children. Patrick is 21, Jessica is 19 and is married, Jonathan is 12 and in the 7th grade at Hooks Junior High; and Caitlin is 10 and in the 5th grade this year at Hooks Junior High.

I love hosting exchange students, and have had students live with me from Brazil, Japan, Ecuador, and Germany.

I love teaching and strive to make learning fun for my students.
